In the Water

Well swimming is going a little easier, we are back to yards and I'm spending my time concentrating on my streamlines off of the walls so my back doesn't hurt. It is very funny when you realize that I'm an open water swimmer, not much call for walls there. But the coughing is getting easier and I am doing more pivot turns and not so many open turns. I have a rough schedule of swimming this year so tomorrow I really start hitting the weights. And this year no back injuries, broken wrists and parental health issues.
