Note to self....

 It doesn't matter if it is only 5 minutes of water time or 5 hours, I need to take advantage of every break to go swim.  It makes me feel so much better physically, smarter and quicker mentally and emotionally balanced.  Stop procrastinating because it will only be '30' minutes in the water.  While the water is the equalizer and the best feeling, the getting out that also feels good.
